Celia Neff
Creativity, entrepreneurship, and community involvement have been at the heart of Celia Neff’s journey for decades. Raised on a farm near Carthage, Illinois, Celia developed a strong work ethic and appreciation for craftsmanship that continue to influence her work today.
A graduate of Iowa Wesleyan University with a degree in Business, Celia built an impressive professional career at The Dial Corporation, where she became the first female manufacturing manager at the Fort Madison Food Plant. Her passion for business and customer service later led her to open Celia’s Gifts and More in downtown Quincy, Illinois, a popular gift and home décor boutique known for personalized stationery, invitations, and unique merchandise.

In 2007, she was honored with the Best Downtown Business Award and remained actively involved in supporting local businesses and community events.
In 2005, Celia and her sisters, Carol and Cindy, launched 3C Creations, a handmade business specializing in customized, repurposed clothing and accessories. Their unique designs transform jean jackets and flannel shirts into one-of-a-kind wearable pieces available in sizes ranging from infant to plus-size women.
Today, Celia continues to blend creativity, craftsmanship, and personal style through her handcrafted creations. Whether you're searching for a distinctive gift or a customized fashion statement, her work reflects a passion for quality, originality, and meaningful design.
